6. Bone mineral density (BMD) scan

7. Consultation by a specialist (MD) doctor

II. What are these tests used for?

1. Hypertension (high BP)

2. Diabetes

3. Hyperlipidemia (cholesterol)

4. Osteoporosis & osteomalacia (fragile bone disorders)

III. Who should take these tests?

1. All adults who wish to know their metabolic and bone health status

2. All senior citizens wish to get screened for diabetes, hypertension, cholesterol & osteoporosis

3. All adults experiencing symptoms such as persistent headache, giddiness, frequent urination, obesity, body ache, bone and joint pains

4. All patients taking treatment for diabetes, hypertension, cholesterol or osteoporosis and who wish to know the present status of the illness

V. What are the charges for the above tests?

Nominal registration charges of Rs. 50/- only will be taken. Registration charges are INCLUSIVE of all the above mentioned tests and no additional charges will be taken for the same.
